ORDERS

There is no minimum order value. Order confirmation is by email. Updates on your order are sent via email or telephone. To trace your order please telephone sales on 01608 664422 Mon - Fri 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. GMT. Calls are charges at standard BT rates.

PAYMENTS

Payments are made using Paypal via our secure encrypted server. We also accept payment with a valid credit or debit card by telephone but can only ship items to the cardholders address. Please note we do not accept cheques or postal orders.

DELIVERIES

All items are delivery free of charge to addresses within mainland U.K.  For delivery outside this area please contact us before placing your order for an individual quotation on carriage costs. Delivery of items upon order is usually within 2 - 3 working days unless otherwise stated. 

DRY GOODS RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of dry goods you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the day you receive your goods.

They should be returned unused and in their original packaging to:

Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of safe return of the goods and we recommend that the items being returned should be sent via an insured and traceable delivery system. Please email sales@avonaquatics.com or telephone 01608 664422 during Mon to Fri 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 pm GMT if you wish to notify us of your order cancellation and would like assistance in how to return your goods. On receipt and inspection of the returned goods we will offer you a replacement, a credit note or full refund, whichever preferable, within 30 days of cancellation.

RETURNS UNDER WARRANTY

If you believe a fault has developed with your item please return it to us for inspection.

It should be returned to:

On receipt and inspection we will offer you a replacement or suitable alternative which we will endeavour to post out to you within 3 working days.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES

Please note that where a signature is required by a courier for delivery of goods it is most advisable to check the contents for damages or shortages before signing for them - even if the external packaging is in good order. Once you have signed acceptance for delivery the courier company relinquishes all liability for the goods and no subsequent claims can be made for any damages or shortages. If you receive dry goods that have been damaged or there is a shortage please refuse delivery and contact us immediately on 01608 664422 or email us at sales@avonaquatics.com as soon as possible.

All prices shown are correct at the time of publishing and are effective until further notice.

COMPLAINTS

If you have any cause for complaint please telephone us without delay on 01608 664422 Mon to Fri 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. or email us on info@avonaquatics.com at anytime. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and inform you how long it will take to resolve the problem and keep you informed throughout the procedure. We will always endeavour to work quickly, courteously and efficiently at all times.

LAW AND JURISTRICTION

All items that are purchased from this website are governed by English Law. When placing an order for any of the items offered for sale you are accepting the terms and conditions as stated on this website and submitting the contract of sale to the English Court's jurisdiction.
